The Seattle market pulled back with a 3.0% sales drop in this week's report. However, overall sales numbers for the last 30 days remained above the monthly average (856.8) with 997 homes sold. Within the same time frame, Kirkland had 122 sales, the most of all cities in the area. The median sales price dropped to $580,000, down from last week's $584,000. In spite of the decrease in sales, a low one month of inventory signals that Seattle is a definite seller's market.
