In this week's report, the number of homes sold in the King County market slid to 2,616 over the past 30 days. It marked a decrease of 3.2% from last week's report and another period below the monthly average. Meanwhile, Pierce County reported 1,202 home sales, the highest number from all the surrounding counties. The median sales price has been increasing as it hit $475,000, extending an eight-week long spike. Despite the slip in sales, a relatively low one month of inventory indicates that King County is a solid seller's market.
